irooting (The key to Success) Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter 'Terms') aim to define the detailed rights, obligations, responsibilities, and service use procedures between HOSINER (hereinafter 'Company') and the Member regarding the use of the 'irooting (The key to Success)' platform and related services (hereinafter 'Service').

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

  1. Commander: Refers to all members who agree to these Terms and create an account to use the Service.
  2. Mindset OS: Refers to irooting's core system that combines the Eisenhower Matrix with psychological mechanisms to maximize the user's execution power.
  3. Success Strategy Base: Refers to virtual workspaces selectable according to the user's focus environment, such as The Attic, CEO Office, Mission Control, etc.
  4. Pezzle: irooting's unique system that visualizes the achievement of short-term and long-term goals set by the user.
  5. AI Advisor KIKI: An AI assistance system that generates data analysis, coaching, and weekly reports by linking Large Language Model (LLM) APIs such as Google Gemini and GPT.
  6. Legacy: Refers to digital certificates issued after goal achievement and the entire record of activities accumulated by the user.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective when the Commander agrees upon signing up for the Service.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of relevant laws, and shall announce the amendment 7 days prior to the application date (30 days for changes disadvantageous to members).
  3. If the Commander continues to use the Service after the application date of the amended Terms, it is deemed that they have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Provision and Restriction of Service)

  1. In principle, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round. However, it may be temporarily suspended for server maintenance or technical reasons.
  2. The Company provides different ranges of service use (number of AI calls, voice features, multilingual support, etc.) according to the plan for each grade.
  3. Consent from a legal representative is required for minors to use paid payments.

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The service fee structure is as follows:
    • Basic: $5 Monthly / $50 Yearly (AI calls limited to 100 per day)
    • Premium: $15 Monthly / $150 Yearly (AI calls limited to 500 per day and 30 minutes of voice interaction)
    • Ultra: $30 Monthly / $300 Yearly (Unlimited AI calls and Multilingual Master features)
  2. Payments are processed through designated payment gateways such as Toss Payments, and fees may vary depending on exchange rates and service policies.
  3. Regular subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled by the day before the expiration.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refund)

  1. Cancellation is possible within 7 days if the Service has not been used after payment.
  2. Refunds may be restricted if digital content functions such as AI report generation have already been used.
  3. Refunds are calculated after excluding platform fees and amounts according to the number of days used.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property and User Responsibility)

  1. All intellectual property rights for designs, algorithms, and KIKI characters within the Service belong to the Company.
  2. The Commander is responsible for the copyright of 'Wish' images they directly upload, and must not infringe on the rights of others.
  3. Commercial redistribution or unauthorized duplication of the Service is strictly prohibited.

Article 8 (Data Protection and AI Processing)

  1. User data is encrypted and protected, managed according to the Privacy Policy.
  2. Data entered for AI analysis may be transmitted to and processed by linked LLM APIs (Gemini, GPT, etc.). Identifiable personal information is excluded in this process.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability and Medical Disclaimer)

  1. Medical Disclaimer: All analysis, reports, coaching, and AI conversations provided by this Service are for self-improvement and motivational purposes only. This does NOT constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or psychological counseling, and is not a medical practice under medical laws. If you have any health problems, you must consult a professional medical institution.
  2. Limits of AI Results: The Company does not 100% guarantee the accuracy or completeness of results generated by artificial intelligence.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. In case of a dispute, the court of jurisdiction shall be the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters.

Article 11 (Protection and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information)

  1. The Company complies with relevant laws to protect the Commander's personal information, and detailed matters are disclosed through the Privacy Policy.
  2. Personal information may be transferred overseas as follows for data storage and system operation for service provision:
    • Subcontractor: Vercel Inc. / Supabase Inc.
    • Transfer Country: USA and cloud server locations
    • Transfer Items: Account information, activity logs, generated data, etc.
    • Transfer Purpose: Service hosting and database maintenance
  3. The Commander may refuse the overseas transfer of personal information, but in this case, service use may be restricted.

Article 12 (Third-Party Provision and AI Processing of Personal Information)

  1. The Company may provide the Commander's data to third parties as follows to provide advanced AI coaching functions:
    • Recipient: Google LLC (Gemini API), OpenAI (GPT API)
    • Items Provided: Text data such as goals (Wish), diaries (Diary), today's tasks (Today) entered by the Commander (excluding identifiable personal information)
    • Purpose of Provision: Generation of tailored AI advice and weekly report analysis
  2. The provided data is processed according to the security policy of the relevant AI provider, and the Company optimizes API settings so that the user's original data is not used for training AI models.

Article 13 (Duties of Members)

  1. The Commander must comply with these Terms and relevant laws, and must not perform any acts that interfere with the operation of the Service.
  2. Stealing others' account information or using the Service abnormally is prohibited.

Article 14 (Account Deletion and Withdrawal)

  1. Members can request account deletion and withdrawal at any time through the settings (top menu of the dashboard).
  2. Upon withdrawal, all operational data (goals, diaries, legacy records, etc.) will be destroyed immediately and cannot be recovered, except for retention periods prescribed by relevant laws.

Addendum

These Terms shall come into effect on December 28, 2025.
